Product Designer & Manager Job in Innobits Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The Role:
Product Designer & Manager will be responsible for driving the definition & design of our Web & Mobile applications by applying UI & UX interactive and visual design principles. You must be hands on with the entire Product management & Agile development process and work closely with Founders, Customers & a cross functional squad on conceptualizing and implementing the product feature requests from the exploration phase all the way to the finish line and ship high impact design for our customers. You obsess over design system details and make opinionated design decisions quickly.

What is expected from you:
Understand our business strategy and deliver features/products to address the pain points through user research & A/B testing
Demonstrated knowledge of analyzing complex user flows and distilling them into easy to use experiences for both Web & Mobile applications.
Sharp, pixel-perfect visual skills and UI & UX design experience using Adobe XD or Figma design tools
Design & Define the detailed product requirements for the team.
Manage the roadmap, recognize and prioritize features/products from various inputs (user research, client support data, competitive analysis) so the team is always working on the most impactful projects.
Collaborate with the founders, engineers, customer success teams and graphic designers to imagine the future and define solutions to big problems.
Define a product scope that is focused on the most important use cases with a focus on getting it into users hands as quickly as possible.
Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through these measures, both before and after it s released.
Deliver world-class software, maintain the quality of the product that your team is responsible for.
Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers.
Mentor & lead a team of Product Designers & Business Analysts.

What we are looking for:
At least 3+ years of experience in a Product Designing & Managing role.
A strong design background(using Adobe XD or Figma), be able to think deeply about product design decisions and define simple easy to use user interfaces.
Proven experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
Conducted user research, a/b tests and have worked closely with design researchers and analysts (or have analyzed data yourself).
An entrepreneurial mindset and approach to your work, you're self-driven and you default to action.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Is a plus if:
Worked in a Startup or Founding member
Experience with Desktop applications, Browser Extensions, internationalization & vernacular languages
Experience with SaaS products, Payment Systems, Content Based Apps, News/Media Aggrgators
Experience with Creative Media works for Web, Mobile, Audio, Video and Social Media with Viral Content
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA with Computer Science
