Rf Design Engineer Job in Innominds

Innominds Software has an opening for the position of RF Design Engineer in Bangalore, India:

• Essential to know principles of Wireless communication and Radio Frequency fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of RF front end building blocks: Filters, Duplexer/Diplexer, Extractors, Power Amplifiers and Low Noise Amplifiers.
• Knowledge on RF passive and active components selection as per design specifications and work with Sourcing team on the Bill of Material.
• Needs to prepare schematics for the wireless device RF front end following the system architecture.
• Hands on experience with ORCAD tool.
• Desirable to know PCB layout guidelines for RF systems.
• Ability to interact with PCB designer to translate the schematics to PCB layout design.
• Carry out, coordinate with and extend support to Modem and RF Test team during board bring-up, regulatory pre-compliance/compliance test for certification and production at the factory.
• Experience with major chipset vendor's RFFE design platform.
• Prepare technical documents required for the design.

Good to have:

• Experience in working with Qualcomm chipsets & Qualcomm Reference Design with 4G/LTE and/or LP-WWAN technology.
• Experience in using Qualcomm Tools such as QDART/QSPR.
• Familiar with standard RF HW bring-up activities like matching, bring up, Calibration, Characterization, Verification.
• Experience in using Communication Tester, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.
• Familiar with 3GPP standards for various Cellular technologies.
