Requirements: A track record of successful work as a design leader with direct report(s) and business stakeholders Lead or co-lead design initiatives in Innoplexus fast-paced, results-oriented environment Lead the design team and partners in testing, tracking, and reporting key user experience metrics Define, assess, and optimize the performance of new and existing features Evaluate, establish, and apply best practices, patterns, and guidelines Scope, prioritize, and plan project work and requests with in-house teams, customers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery. Evaluate new and emerging methods and technologies in UX prototyping, and identify best-of-breed to incorporate into your team s toolkit Advocate for customers responsibly and effectively, grow your skills while mentoring others, and impart day-to-day strategic user experience leadership Good-to-have: Significant experience in qualitative User Research techniques (e.g., usability studies, interviews) and creation of personas and journey maps Familiarity with A/B, multivariate, and other quantitative testing techniques Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs Experience leading quality assurance activities (e.g., design reviews, QA, heuristic evaluations) Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and Flinto Formal, advanced education in Interaction/UX Design or HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience Required experience: 8+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product designer or similar role designing mobile, web, and other on-device applications 6+ years of experience creating production specifications and assets, and working directly with developers for implementation of designs Required qualification: An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions and GUI design expertise Bachelor s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
