Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the social media channels.
  • Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website.
  • Produce content for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest .Keep up to date with any social media trends.
  • Track social media influencers.
  • Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
  • Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.
  • Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with social media performance reports.
  • Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Twitter, Facebook, Google + and Pinterest.
  • Assist with general day to day administration task.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • The candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Social Media.
  • The candidate should have completed Graduation from a renowned institution.
  • Degree/Course in Marketing or Social Media.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
