Specialist-training Job in Innovaccer

Your Role We are looking for Learning & Development Trainer to join the team. You will work with a lot of different stakeholders to fundamentally assist in Innovaccer s success, by organizing and managing learning initiatives for its people. A Day in the Life Train and assess people in healthcare analytics in Innovaccer s way Support and coordinate all L&D/OD global activities Conduct online and in-person training sessions Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and work on the content Ensure all the training programs are delivered at a consistent experience level Establish and measure training effectiveness through data analysis Manage and expand the in house LMS through different interventions Constantly update the skill sets and training content Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Run training/certification pilots in the department and refine modules based on the feedback you collect Create monthly/quarterly dashboards and reports from the training tracker Identify new/improvement areas in operational processes and make incremental changes to improve What You Need Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university Training experience - Class room and virtual room training experience 5+ years of experience in building training programs and defining content for SAAS based technology companies Knowledge of latest learning tools/technologies and educational content available externally Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders and external partners Confident in both written and spoken communication Preferred Skills Proficient in SQL & Python Knowledge of ETL, Analytics, and Data transformations Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Passionate to learn Self-driven and motivated Consistent disciplined execution and focus Problem Solving and Growth Mindset Ability to collaborate with different teams
