Job Summary
Essential Functions:
- Firsthand research on the target organization and providing detailed reports and actionable plans.
- Develop account plans for existing customers and target accounts to drive a focused Land & Expand strategy
- Dealing with ambiguities and operating in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, complex priorities including, but not limited to, managing Performance Scorecard, developing Target Setting, Segmentation, Partner Management, Marketing Budget and Fund Allocation, publishing monthly/weekly results as well as responding to requests for data or insight.
- Gathering and understanding the business requirement from the Marketing and Operations stakeholders and subsequently driving brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, hypothesis building & validation, Insights generation, etc.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical / analytical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Excellent Project Management skills, including Stakeholder and Team management
- Will be involved immensely in working closely with clients senior leadership
- Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation wherever applicable along with providing thought leadership and methodological frameworks to the team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to and completely own the development/coordination of presentations, communications, planning materials and other strategy-related documents (board and leadership materials, briefing presentations)
- Sound understanding about SLA, tracking mechanism, incident reporting and escalation management.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers preferences Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Research, Program Management, Data Analytics and Team Management, with direct client service exposure
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst Strong Analytics domain knowledge with experience of business intelligence and process management with superior problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Highly adept in understanding business issues and translating them into research priorities
- Ability to interact with all levels; Superior verbal, written and visual communication skills including the ability to document and present model development process and analytical results suitable for audiences of all technical levels
- Experience in SLA, incident reporting and conforming the Output Standards guidance Develop/maintain collaborative relationships with all relevant stakeholders Ability to think strategically and conceptually and maintain a focus on the operational excellence Experience in LinkedIn Search and Uses, Advanced Google Search Salesforce Knowledge is added advantage, Hands one with Microsoft Excel and Word - Reports & Pivots - Documentations & White paper drafts.
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office, Data Studio, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote.
- Knowledge on Prospect list building Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen Familiarity with CRM programs
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining Strong analytical and critical thinking Degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field
