Job Summary

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:

  • Understand Customer Stakeholder contacts and maintain ongoing relationships with them.
  • Work closely with the customer success teams in the professional services and customer support areas to ensure appropriate level of service for top tier customers is provided.
  • Ensure the completion of timely and effective customer account reviews and renewals.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of new product developments aligning with customer success objectives.
  • Monitor the progress of customer usage and adoption metrics.
  • Be the point of escalation on customer account issues.
  • Provide general customer insight and feedback to other departments.
  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement Identify opportunities for customers to act as Innovapptive advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies, upcoming Product feature reviews), and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with team members (Finance, Legal, S&M, Product) support renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to plan, organize and run Customer QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline, advanced degree is a plus; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (MBA/Master preferred)
  • Over all Experience 10 Yrs - Customer related professional (Product/Service)
  • Relevant Experience in the specialized area or domain - 3 to 5 Yrs CSM
  • Hands on experience in the specific role/areas
  • Must Have s :Practical knowledge of Key/Essential Skills
