Devops Engineer Job in Innovapptive

Job Summary:

A key contributor in the Product & Innovation team and a highly rewarding role that enables you to use your architectural and DevOps skills alongside working with smart and strong software development teams in building products that are used by one of the worlds largest companies in industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Life Sciences etc.

You will be responsible for design and automate deployment of both mobile and web products on specific cloud platforms. /containers throughout the SDLC and improve reliability of the SaaS solutions

Essential Functions:

• Design build and deploy native mobile applications and Containerized cloud hosted solutions.
• Builds Monitoring, Logging, Alerting tools for Infrastructure & Application
• Strong experience in building CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools
• Automate DevOps processes and improve operational efficiency
• Strong debugging skills and problem solving skills
• Design and develop dashboards for deployments, log analysis, usage metrics and cost metrics for cloud services
• Develop proof of concept solutions and socialize them with technical teams.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of administering Unix based and Linux operating systems.
• Must have experience with revisions control systems like GitHub & CI/CD Unit testing tools..
• 4+ years experience in developing applications using programming languages like Python, Shell and Ruby
• Hands on experience with Tools including Jenkins, GitRunner, Chet/Puppet, splunk etc.
• 3+ years in managing large scale Cloud infrastructure, preferable AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Sound knowledge on Static Code Analyser tools like SonarQube, GitPrime, Flow etc and Security vulnerability assessment tools.
• Deep systems knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus
