Role Overview:

As an Implementation Consultant SCM, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Innovapptive s Inventory Management mobile solutions, focusing on Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse Management. You will act as a functional consultant, working closely with customers to understand their business needs, deliver best-in-class mobile solutions integrated with SAP backend systems, and ensure successful project delivery following Innovapptive s project methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation activities for mobile solutions in Inventory & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics domains.
• Serve as a functional consultant through the entire project lifecycle, delivering configuration, solution design, and integration support.
• Analyze customer business processes, identify gaps, and provide best practice recommendations aligned to product capabilities.
• Configure SAP MM, WM, SRM, and related modules, including Stock Transport Orders, Goods Movements, Cycle Counting, Barcoding, Handling Unit management, and more.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, document requirements, and manage project deliverables.
• Understand integration touchpoints and support backend SAP connectivity.
• Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high quality and timely delivery.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years total experience, with 2+ years functional consulting in SAP MM and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, WM, SRM modules and business processes such as P2P, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Expertise in SAP standard functionalities: stock transport, goods issues, inbound/outbound deliveries, RF/barcode processing, handling units, quality notifications, and PM work orders.
• Experience configuring workflows, master data replication, and user setup in SAP SRM.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, leveraging SAP SD and CRM knowledge as needed.
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating project activities is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
