Job Summary

Job Summary:

We re looking for a designer who can take a creative brief and conceptualize web and digital assets that capture the attention of prospective clients through our website, social media, email and other digital channels. The ideal candidate holds a degree and significant experience in graphic or web design, including working in a B2B environment on sales collateral, presentation decks and other visual assets.

Essential Functions:

  • Designing and creating unique visual, web and video content that adheres to brand standards to support marketing objectives.
  • Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content.
  • Create stellar landing pages, webpages, slide decks and graphic collateral for use in the sales process.
  • Update and own templates for whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media graphics and other visual marketing elements.
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Translate marketing and branding concepts, technical discussions and overall campaign objectives into attractive design strategies.
  • Serve as the go-to internal resource for visual design consultation and advice.

Requirements:

  • 4+ yrs of experience designing visual graphics for web, branding, social media and publications.
  • Understanding of different frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript libraries..
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and XD. Premiere and Audition are a plus.
  • Hubspot experience preferred.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Have a strong portfolio of graphic and web design work which demonstrates design thinking and creative problem solving.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams across multiple time zones.
