Java/J2EE Developer

What you will be doing:

• Develop Java/J2EE applications
• Contribute in Architecture and Design of applications
• Write high quality and optimized code.

What you must be good at:

• 1 - 6 years of experience in developing Java/J2EE applications
• Good understanding of MVC and ORM
• Experience in Struts, Hibernate, Spring and other such frameworks.
• Good understanding of OOD, data structures, multi-threading
• Writing high quality and optimized code
• Understanding of Design patterns
• Passionate about Technology, Architecture and Design
• Great focus on concepts
• Good client handling & communication skills are preferred .
