Innovify is hiring a dynamic, driven, and self-motivated Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Executive with analytical and relationship building skills to help our clients solve real-world business problems with competency in implementing lead generation strategies aimed to increase the client base of the company and working on sales & marketing plans for pitching solutions to clients.

• In-depth research of the target markets
• Build a qualified list of potential clients and identify key decision makers and prepare custom pitch to approach different kind of profiles of such clients
• Approach Potential clients by all possible outbound means: Cold Call / Email / Professional Networking Tools, etc.
• Develop Business Relationship with Prospects by continuously keeping in touch by various means e.g. sharing industry insights, company s frequent achievements, newsletters, etc.
• Build Confidence in Client s mind about Delivery Capabilities of the company
• Ultimate end goal of this role will be to deliver qualified sales opportunities to the Sales team
• Assist Sales team to prepare proposals and coordinate with technical team while building a quality proposal

• Working knowledge of atleast one industry leading CRM tool
• Very good understanding of the entire Lifecycle of Remote/Offshore IT Services Sales
• Driven by Numbers
• Operate in US timezone
• Demonstrated ability to represent Innovify with C-level executives
• Excellent communication not only on the Client side, but also cross-department communication while working on different opportunities to help the Sales team
• Zeal to eventually grow into a Sales role to independently close deals
• Self-driven, motivated and detail oriented

• Bachelor s Degree in technology or Business from top 100 institutes in India
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team Player
