Job Summary


Innovify is looking for smart and passionate Digital Intelligence Engineer, who wwill support the Digital Intelligence Team as well as Marketing and Product stakeholders in measuring, analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end user journey to drive acquisition and retention.

  • Ensure Data Quality for Media Campaigns & Associated Traffic
  • Ads on Media Platforms: Making sure that media campaigns are tracked appropriately in media platforms (working with our agency)
  • Inbound Campaign Traffic to Website: Ensuring inbound traffic to our website from campaigns are coded (utilizing query string parameters- CMP Codes ) in order to be recognized and bucketed appropriately by Adobe Analytics
  • Running routine reports to make sure that our coded campaigns ( CMP Codes ) are registering traffic in Adobe Analytics (CMP codes)
  • Ensure Data Quality for Existing Adobe Analytics Implementationsv
  • Perform routine checks on existing Adobe Analytics implementation and work with the Digital Intelligence team and Web teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
  • Ensure Data Quality for New Adobe Analytics Implementations
  • Assist with new implementations- QA the data to ensure proper capture according to the Solution Design, working with development teams to resolve any issues
  • This can evolve to managing all aspects of tagging implementation projects, including business requirements gathering, data measurement/implementation, analysis and recommendations
  • Implement 3rd Party Tags in Adobe Launch 3rd Party Pixels
  • Implement 3rd party pixels in Adobe Launch, working with internal development teams and agencies/vendors
  • When required, writing custom code within the tags to pass custom data within the tags
  • Adobe Launch Production support
  • Provide production support to troubleshoot tagging code conflicts when they arise: Troubleshoot code conflicts from tags in Adobe Launch, working with Adobe technical consultants, to identify root cause and resolution
  • Experience developing web measurement plans and leading Adobe Analytics tagging implementations, deploying tags using a dynamic tag management took (Adobe Launch preferred)
  • Advanced to Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation
  • Ability to determine data quality, identifying issues with the data and problem solve/ resolve issues, utilizing
  • Experience implementing 3rd party tags in a tag management platform, utilizing JavaScript to write custom code when needed, and troubleshooting tagging issues/code conflicts
  • Experience working with external agencies and digital vendors
  • To develop collaborative relationships and partnerships with business and technology departments, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
  • Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities and stay cool under pressure
  • To be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in teams in a multi-office, global company
  • Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Good Communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work
