Job Description :

Installation, Commissioning and Service of Food processing equipment?s all over India in terms of Electrical and PLC based complying with the company standards and procedures.

Extensive knowledge in relay logic wiring and troubleshooting of control components and wiring.

Extensive knowledge in Allen Bradley PLC and HMI with ability to write and troubleshoot programs, networking, communications in PLC etc.,

Knowledge on Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Omron Components.

Assemble commissioning documentation packages for commissioning / service trips that include Load Calc, Heat Loss Calc, Electrical schematics, commissioning checklist, Field service report, Minutes of Meeting, PSC, etc.

Commissioning / service of equipment to be carried out in terms of validating the equipment and finished good products.

Discuss with engineering staff and other personnel to resolve problems at site.

After return from site any unresolved issues, pending issue must be discussed with engineering and be resolved.

Service visits to be carried out in case of any electrical breakdown (normal / emergency) immediately and execute effectively.

Final documents to be filed in respective folders to maintain as records.
