Position Summary

Are you an outstanding software engineer? As a part of the tech team at Insane.ai, you will be working closely with the product and design teams to develop the tech that powers cutting edge user experiences. You should have an eye for what makes software beautiful and should have a deep understanding of how the web stack works (REST, networking, server design, databases, apps). A solid proficiency in a few languages and tools and a hunger for learning new ones are essential. Above all, you must love to ship quality code and see it in the hands of users.

Major Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of designing, testing and deployment of new product features for multiplayer synchronous exergaming

• Help design our systems and services that are scalable and resilient

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage

• Attention to detail required to build truly amazing products

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Go / Python / Java / NodeJS or similar languages

• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases at scale

• Passion for learning and ability to quickly master new technologies

What to Expect

When you join Insane AI, expect to be a part of a small and selective group of highly motivated folks. You will work directly with the founding team. We offer high autonomy and expect ownership of results in return.

Once the pandemic lifts we will work flexibly, combining working from home and in the office. Only candidates who can work in our Bangalore office a few days a week will be considered.
