Job Summary Job DescriptionTo create and develop alternate channels for increasing Sales of allocated region. Deliver targeted top line as per business plan by ensuring targeted sales volumes at approved price levels Ensure direct supervision delivers targeted sales numbers as per annual sales plan Create a strong and motivated Sales Leaders within the Team for harnessing sales opportunities in allocated streams Create quality leads by developing direct as well as non-traditional channels Monitor sales team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis Handling the team of senior marketing managers, managers and marketing associates. Leading the team of sales and marketing in addition to general administration. Supervision & co - ordination of Marketing and branding activities. Excellent sales capabilities. Creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes.
Salary : 7 to 10 Lakh as per anual

Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
