We are seeking dedicated individuals in India to become our local payment specialists, supporting our goal of streamlining the payment process and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a payment specialist, you will have the flexibility to choose the payment method that suits you best, including Phonepe, UPI, PayTM, GooglePay, or IMPS. You will play a vital role in facilitating secure and efficient financial transactions.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Transaction Processing:** Handle both deposits and withdrawals using your chosen payment method, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
2. **Urgent Payments:** Timely execution of urgent payment requests.
3. **Monthly Commission:** Earn a competitive commission of 7% for deposits and 2% for withdrawals, based on the volume of transactions you process. Your commission will be paid on a monthly basis.
**Qualifications:**
– **Indian Nationality:** You must be an Indian national to apply for this role.
– **Access to Payment Methods:** Access to and proficiency in at least one of the preferred payment methods (Phonepe, UPI, PayTM, GooglePay, IMPS).
– **Financial Responsibility:** Demonstrated ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
– **Communication Skills:** Effective communication skills and a good command of English.
– **Customer-Centric:** A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support.
– **Honesty and Integrity:** Strong ethical values and integrity in handling financial transactions.
– **Due Diligence:** Willingness to undergo a due diligence process as part of the application.
