Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Should have 1 2 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting the hardware and software of Desktop, laptop, and Networking devices
• Must have experience in Windows desktop OS installation and configuration
• Should have knowledge on AV client update, Network client / email client / internet / DHCP / DNS / AD client configuration
• Knowledge on Printer / scanner / mobile device configuration and 1st level diagnostics
