Job Summary

Requirements / Skills:

  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure services, Service delivery methodologies, and frameworks
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
  • Minimum 7 - 10+ years of Consulting / Service delivery / Solution's experience in the IT Infrastructure Management services (IMS)
  • Responsible for IT Infrastructure Managed Service (IMS) Architect having experience in Infrastructure Managed Services (Data Center Infra, Storage, Virtualization, AD, Messaging, Network, Network Security, End User Services, ITSM ITAM ITOM Tools & Services Automation)
  • Solutions/Service Design dealing with all components of an IT Infrastructure, Transition & Transformation (Technology & Services).
  • Build solution documents, effort estimates & pricing.
  • Expertise in responding to RFP / RFQ / RFI.
  • Develop RFP by understanding the customer needs and their business requirement.
  • Do an assessment of ticket dump and come out with metrics and develop RFP response relating to ticket assessment.
  • Discussions with customer and other Stake Holders to seek clarifications on RFP / RFQ / RFI.
  • Develop Technical proposal with right Service design & solution based on the RFP need.
  • Timely response to all Request for proposals & Information request.
  • Participate and team up with sales, delivery and Partner ecosystem to provide complete solutions to customers.
  • Understand competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies.
  • Ability to perform and conduct workshops and meetings to develop client solutions.
  • Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales / Account Managers on specific pursuits.
  • Keep abreast on Technology trends and market needs around IT Services.
  • Package new offerings to complement the current Services offerings portfolio.
  • Assess the current Service offerings portfolio and repackage for better market penetrations.
  • Regular interaction with Regional Sales & Presales team to understand customer pain points on IT services and suggest remedial measures which can create avenues for business.
  • Develop industry specific technical whitepapers and collaterals.
  • Good Understanding of Service Automation Solution for Optimizing Services Management requirement of customer will be added advantage.
