Job Summary
Sales of Life & Heatth Insurance products through direct or else by recruiting Point of Sales (POS).
Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with POS.
Maximize mobilization through regular follow- ups & strengthening of relationships with Client.
Conduct daily sales calling with prospective advisors and identify their needs.
Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to advisors on the basis of their requirements and goals.
Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references.
Keep updating on all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading.
