Faculty/ Trainer Job in Institute Of Professional Banking

Institute of Professional Banking requires faculty from the banking background who shall be training the student for our set syllabus of Post Graduate Certificate of Retail Banking. Should be able to deliver retail banking concepts to the students both theoretically and practically.

Responsibilities And Duties
To proactively ensure to develop the student to meet the requirement of BFSI sector while ensuring:

• Development of effective learning modules, methodologies and assessment tools
• To periodically review & revise learning modules, methodologies and assessment tools
• To effectively conduct banking training as required
• Imparting training & guidance to the faculty of franchisee centres, assessment of the students in all the centres

Required Experience and Skills

• Relevant experience on minimum 10 years in Core Banking

• Post Graduate with Banking Experience
