Purpose of Role: To proactively ensure to develop Mind Set & Skill Set of the students to make them Job Ready through soft skills training while ensuring:

  • Development of effective learning modules, methodologies and assessment tools
  • To periodically review & revise learning modules, methodologies and assessment tools
  • To effectively conduct soft skills training at Panchkula & Mohali centres
  • Imparting training & guidance to the faculty of franchisee centres, assessment of the students in all the centres

Required Experience and Skills

  • Relevant experience on minimum 3 years in similar profile
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream
