• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers and lead on software usability and
  functionality.
• Create and maintain team spirit and environment
• Help stabilize new Practice/accounts (If applicable)
• Bug tracking and follow up Risk and Quality assessments in conjunction with QA Manager
