What we are looking for?

• Manage QA Analysts
• Ability to learn multiple processes and set QA metrics
• Help calibrate and improve on quality parameters
• Work with clients to meet their quality requirements
• Work with weak performers to improve their quality level by coaching/ re-coaching
• Provide process training to new new recruits across multiple processes
• Create innovative training sessions, SoPs, etc to make learning interesting
• Work with the HR team to identify suitable candidates for each processes
