About the position:
We re looking for a dynamic and motivated fundraiser to play a pivotal role in the growth of our organisation. The fundraising manager will be responsible for executing on the overall fundraising strategy of the organisation, supplementing existing funding with new funding avenues from individuals, corporates, grant-makers and other sources. You will also be working with the leadership team to build a diverse range of sustainable funding streams to support and expand Intelehealth s work. Domestic inter-state travel will be required 75% of the time.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and close new Donors and Sponsors while maintaining relationships with current donors and partners

  • Outreach to organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for fundraising through CSR and PSUs

  • Conduct face to face/virtual meetings for donor acquisition and retention

  • Develop concept notes/proposals/collaterals for identified funding opportunities

  • Increasing the value of current funders

  • Ensure reporting requirements for all grants and donors are met and reports be completed.

  • The candidate will be responsible for meeting annual, personal fundraising targets.



Requirements

You have:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in related field

  • Min 3-5 years experience working with sales and partnership building. Experience working with government and CSR/PSU donors preferred

  • Proven experience in the development sector, civic tech, B2B and B2C sales

  • Proven ability to manage professional relationships and to work under pressure

  • Proven experience in the development sector, civic tech, B2B and B2G sales

  • Strong creative problem-solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Committed to achieving results and proven perseverance to reach goals

  • Fluency in English and Hindi

  • Willingness to travel around 75% of the time (this may include within base location)

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
