Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies such as Python, Django, React, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience working across both frontend and backend, with a strong foundation in API development and software architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, Django, React, JavaScript.
• Build responsive and dynamic UIs with React and Redux, integrating with backend services.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and handle database integration with SQL and NoSQL systems.

Collaboration & Agile

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in Agile development practices and SCRUM meetings.

Performance & Quality

• Ensure application scalability, performance, and uptime.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and follow best coding practices.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications using AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to maintain production-ready systems.

Architecture & Documentation

• Own the web architecture and define best practices.
• Write clear documentation for setup, troubleshooting, and development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python (Django) and React (with Redux)
• Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for responsive front-end development
• Working knowledge of SQL (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Experience with AWS cloud services and deployment practices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of full SDLC from requirements to deployment
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data pipeline management, ETL workflows
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)
• Exposure to SaaS product development
• Version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools
