Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, driving continuous improvement in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code

• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure provisioning templates using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Automate routine operational tasks to increase efficiency and minimize manual work.

Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD)

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software build, test, and deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflow and deployment strategies.

Monitoring & Logging

• Set up monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement logging and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and quick resolution.

Security & Compliance

• Apply security best practices and ensure cloud resources meet compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement remediation measures.

Collaboration & Support

• Work alongside development, operations, and security teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with serverless computing architectures.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Chef or Puppet.
• Understanding of networking concepts and cloud networking technologies.
