Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Enterprise Senior Sales Specialists in Coimbatore to focus on appointment setting and lead generation for the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactive outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with key decision-makers such as CXOs and founders. You will work closely with the US-based sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with CXOs, Founders, and decision-makers in funded startups, SMBs, and enterprises.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Seamless.ai for efficient prospecting.
• CRM Management: Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and appointment bookings using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Nurture prospects to improve conversion rates and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with USA sales and presales teams to align efforts with sales goals and target accounts.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate outreach activity records and report on appointments scheduled.

What We re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Proven success in booking qualified meetings within the USA market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience selling AI, Data, Cloud, or IT services is a plus.
• Hands-on proficiency with sales outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Seamless.ai.
• Strong objection handling, lead qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
