About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist (RFP Sourcer) with 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering to join our team in Coimbatore. This role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to craft compelling technical solutions, manage RFP responses, and deliver impactful demos that drive client confidence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and solution teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed solution architectures, workflows, and integration models.
• Create and deliver engaging product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical walkthroughs to prospective clients.
• Customize presentations and proposals addressing client-specific pain points and business goals.
• Respond to technical objections effectively to build trust in the proposed solutions.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposal documents alongside proposal and sales teams.
• Support pricing, configuration, and customization of solutions as per client demands.
• Prepare comprehensive solution documentation including diagrams, use cases, and architectural descriptions.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and capabilities.
• Collect client feedback during engagements and communicate insights for product improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert (SME) during client meetings, webinars, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar technical sales role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience in proposal writing, solution design, and creating product demos.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), RFP management tools, and solution design software.
• Solid technical understanding aligned with SaaS, Cloud, IT infrastructure, or related domains.
