Job Profile:

We are looking for project Coordinator who canassist our project managersin organizing our ongoing projects.The primary accountability of this role is to ensure client satisfaction via the high-quality delivery of projects.The core attributes of the job are organizing people and time resources and co-ordinate with stack holders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key skills Required:

• Candidate should able to plan work as per the deadline.
• Able to manage development team.
• Willing to learn new about new technologies
• Strong analytical skills and people management skills required
• Candidate should be able to communicate with international client.
• Required great communication skills (written and verbal) with presentation

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• The candidate will be responsible for the whole project delivery.
• Candidate needs to develop project strategies
• Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep work flow on track.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings for that he/she can prepare necessary presentation materials.
• The candidate needs to determine project changes.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Need to be ensure that project deadlines are met as well as needs to ensure quality of the delivery with the help of provided resources.
• The candidate need to Co-ordinate with team leader about projects reviews.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
