Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for smart and sincere people for our Sales and Business Development Team across India.

• Ideal candidates should have minimum 2 to 5 Yrs of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development in the IT Staffing & Recruitment Industry
• Should have prior Experience in Handling and Managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Clients.
• Should have Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills
• Should be able to generate new business and acquire new Clients
• Should be able to Manage and Grow existing Clients or Accounts
• Should be capable of Account and Stakeholder Management
• Should be able to work with the Delivery Team towards achieving Organisational Goals.
• Should be Professionally Motivated & Success Oriented.
