Project Manager Job in Intellimedia Networks

Experience 5 to 10 Years

Profile Description:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience with global clients. Preferable US based
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• A clear understanding and working exposure to Agile / Scrum project management processes
• Minimum should have handled a development team of 5 developers.
• Background / understanding in technology (any) is a must
• Flexibility to work with US customers / counterparts in US business hours
• Interface with clients and the business team to determine business requirements
• Identify and manage project work structure, tasks, deliverables, milestones and dependencies
• Work with software developers to create plans, tasks, time estimates and timeline for delivery
• Provide day to day project management of team to achieve the project goals for their assignments
• Lead project status meetings
• Monitor project implementation process
• Manage and organize project documentation
• Ensure that all project work is reviewed and meets quality & accuracy requirements
• Analyze & manipulate data from client and provide feedback
• Advise management on human resource requirements
• Analyze project success vs. challenges to improve on processes to make each new project more successful than the last

Experience Requirements:

• A commanding desire to learn and succeed in technology
• Min 3 years of related experience in software project / product management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously. Proven ability to influence, negotiate and provide guidance and support to a team
• Great interpersonal relations
• Creativity and innovation is a key success factor
• Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus: eCommerce, B2B trade platforms, streaming media etc.
• College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred
