Sr. PM needed in Washington. DC will serve as the Finance Functional Lead and will be responsible for overseeing the Finance project team and activities as they relate to the design of timekeeping, absence management and financial processes, as well as integration with other departments and PeopleSoft Modules. This role will assist the Client s PM with establishing realistic, yet achievable plans to accomplish the project s objective on scope, on time, and on budget. Experience in leading Time and/or Payroll functional implementation team. Understanding of SDLC and Agile implementation methodology. Good working knowledge of project management principles and methods. Experience with a minimum 2 complete HCM/Time/Payroll implementation lifecycles. Time and Payroll Processing: Knowledge and experience in processing payroll using PeopleSoft and related tools and modules. Good working knowledge of PeopleSoft s Time and Labor and Absence Management modules as well as integration processes related to payroll s gross to net process as well as 3rd party solutions. Experience in processing time and payroll for highly unionized environments. Preferred working knowledge of interpreting collective bargaining agreements and understanding the impact to Time and Payroll processing. Knowledgeable and experienced with PeopleSoft s query capabilities set to support the ad hoc reporting needs. Working understanding of accounting principles and transactions related to time, absence and payroll processing.
