Job Summary
Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service. Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Departments budget.Maintain updated and accurate costing and documentation of all dishes prepared and sold in the food and beverage operations.Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of the dishes.Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.Preparing, presenting, storing and serving a selection of dishes.Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information. Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.Maintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment. Replenish supplies in a timely manner and minimize waste and pilferage.
