Worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees

Think like an engineer, empathize like an end-user

Should have a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience from a tier 2 engineering college, from electrical, Computer science or Information technology, or exp in QA or development exp

Should have exceptional writing and editing skills in English.

Should have excellent conversational design and analytical skills (good to have)

Have thirst for knowledge and a love of research

Previous experience in working in chatbots would be a big advantage

Previous experience working in hybrid support environment (Chatbot + Chat Support + Voice Support) would be an added advantage.
