Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

As Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, executive roles

  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business

  • Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles

  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement

  • Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team

  • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business

  • Managing and delivering reports and data when required

  • Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire, etc.)

  • Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors

  • Being active on social media forums and creating visibility for the brand



Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience resolving complex Talent acquisition issues

  • Pushing talent acquisition change programs from both a strategic and operative level

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases

  • Expertise of recruiting through various sources and not limited to LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines


    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Prior experience of hiring across geographies would be preferred
