Job Summary The HR Partner role is a trusted, strategic consultant in all areas of Human Resources, including organizational development, workforce planning, change management, complex employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management, and cultural transformation to support a high-performance culture. Your Role and Responsibilities As an HR Partner, you will report to the HR Executive/HRP Manager and act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders. You will provide guidance on key areas of HR, supported by Centers of Excellence and other HR team members. Your goal is to drive high performance, support strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: Coach and advise managers on people strategies and handle complex employee relations cases. Support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Assist in developing and executing reward and recognition programs, talent management strategies, and cultural transformation efforts. Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers, gaining credibility as an HR advisor. Resolve complex employee issues confidently while ensuring alignment with business strategies. Provide HR support to employees and managers in the Japan Market, working in alignment with Japan timelines through chat, calls, emails, and Slack channels. Apply your technical HR expertise to advise on the employee life cycle, working at both operational and strategic levels. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor s Degree (Master s Degree preferred). Written and spoken proficiency in the Japanese language is required. Experience in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), with strong knowledge of labor laws. Prior experience in a matrixed organizational environment, working across multiple business units. Consulting and facilitation experience. Project/program management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise Client relationship management skills, with a focus on excellent service delivery. Proven negotiation and influencing ability with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience driving change management initiatives and supporting business transformation projects. Prior HR experience in a multinational or global organization, preferably supporting Japan operations. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification :
Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred).
