Senior AWS ITOps Engineer

Work as extended AWS ITOps Support Team of the client and participate in standup meetings with the client.
Learn and support the client's website hosting environment on AWS.
Design and implement hosting solutions on different AWS environments like dev, stage and prod.
Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
Work in a 24x7 support environment. Primarily work in USA mountain (MST/MDT) business hours.
Troubleshoot, test and provide technical solutions to issues that may be reported.
Proactively monitor Jira tickets and email alerts.
COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS
Must be a good communicator to ensure proper daily customer communications accent-free, easily understandable and grammatically correct verbal and written English.
B. Tech CS/ MCA from a reputed university.
5-7 Years of experience as an AWS Cloud Administrator.
AWS certified solution architect associate & professional.
Hands on knowledge on AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
Extensive knowledge of web services like IIS/ Apache/ Tomcat/ Nginx. Configuration and Troubleshooting.
Hands-on in SSL Configurations on IIS/ Apache/ Tomcat.
Provision a solution on AWS Platform using architectural design based on customer requirements.
Provide implementation guidance on AWS cloud based on best cloud practices.
Hands-on in deploying and managing applications and websites on AWS cloud.
Excellent in DNS services and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of CDN technology.
Understanding of Network technologies.
Understanding of Security features and tools available on AWS.
Good Knowledge on Web services (Http/Https) error codes.
Hands-on in monitoring and ticketing tools Like Jira or Solarwind.
