Job Summary

A.Recruitment

1.Coordinate the interview with the respective department and

2. If selected, complete the documentation

B.Operations

1. Joining formalities, conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

2. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)

3. Leaves and Attendance Management

4. Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management

5. Exit-Interviews

6. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties

7.Manage Sr. Manager s schedules

8.Manage Sr. Manager s travel plan as well as other employees travel plan

9.Coordinate with other managers across the globe for weekly digests; proposals; RFPs and others

10.Manage visas and other logistics of all staff

11.Work as reception/front-end of Intersoft such as chat activity on our website with clients (when implemented)

12.Prepare all Intersoft marketing collaterals such as PPTs, brochures and others such as white papers

13.Maintain and update those documents as and when necessary

14.Conduct marketing research and collect competitors information

15.Participate in events and exhibitions and seminars

Experience Required :

3 to 6 Years
