About the role - Program Manager, Learning department
We are launching Scaler in the US soon. The role would involve working directly with the
Instructor Lead, BU Heads, Founders, COO, the Ops team, the CTO, the tech team, and the
stakeholders in the United States to ensure that learners in the US Scaler Academy (students)
have very high satisfaction (measured by Net Promoter Score - NPS). The role has a mix of
driving new initiatives and process creation, refining existing processes, analyzing data, and
managing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities would involve:
Designing new initiatives and processes - e.g., creation of a data-backed rule-engine to
ensure that the right learners are clubbed together in batches to ensure highest learning
outcomes.
Refine existing processes - e.g., collecting, analyzing, and actioning feedback across 100+
classes did per month to drive improvements in instructor teaching and classroom
experience
Analyzing data across live classes and recorded classes to generate insights on student
learning style, when to schedule remedial classes etc.
Working across 30+ stakeholders across instructors, tech, ops, business heads to drive
initiatives
Preferred experience: 3+ years of experience in a program manager role or any role that requires working in ambiguous problems and working effectively with multiple stakeholders with a
distinctive track record of impact.
Preferred skillsets:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with ambiguity
Ability to work independently with limited need for supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
Must-have mindsets:
Tolerance for ambiguity: Not being fazed by challenges, be able to structure a
problem statement on your own
