As a Customer Service Associate - Non-Voice, you will:

  • Manage customer communication during critical events and escalations.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months to 4 years experience in customer service, including phone, email, or chat support
  • Fluent in written English with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in gaming or tech support is a plus
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies daily
