UX/UI Designer Responsibilities: Understand product specifications and user psychology Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers UX/UI Designer Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Designer with detailed process Strong portfolio of design projects Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.) Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills As a UX/UI Designer you will have various responsibilities such as: Product centric interaction and interface design working on low-mid fidelity static comps and interactive prototypes. Creating human cantered designs that are tailor fit for the users while accomplishing the tasks of being usable, functional, and consistent. Collaborating with stakeholders and conducting user researchers on existing and new productions. Delivering UX best practices while working closely with software engineers. Working on visual design initiatives that adhere to design principles overall consistency. Elevating the UX team by delivering best in class on time on every project. Confident in doing design trend analysis to deliver unique products. Working successfully alongside a dynamic UX team on standing up a UX practice currently in progress. Be forward thinking for the user on how to solve challenges prior to designing the solution. Clearly follows a human cantered design approach and process. Ideation strategy, early-stage design, and existing production experience.
