Job Description :

• Smooth function of all services related field and operation.
• Regular visit of key account, maintain good relation with client.
• Assists with the distribution of client satisfaction and performance surveys.
• Attained client complaints and resolved the query.
• Inspection of clients structures area and submit the audit report. 6. Manage service center, costing, profitability and collections of key account.
• Maintaining Daily MIS reports like Billing, collection, revenue, expense, job scheduling etc.
• Maintains of stock at SC and analysis of consumption details against revenue.
• Training and assessments of technicians and monitoring of trainee technician.
• Mobilized proper chemicals and right equipment for one month requirement.
