Job Summary Responsibilities:Managing accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of the company's financial, secretarial requirements.Take ownership and responsibility of 100% compliance with various financial, legal, and corporate requirements across multiple countries.Be the owner of our annual budgets, financial targets and hold teams accountable to meet them.Build, deploy and improve systems & control for spending, capital allocation, forecasting, annual budgeting.Overlook legal contracts, coordinate with lawyers for our redline and represent the company in legal negotiation with potential customers & suppliers.Manage and optimize direct and indirect taxation.Identifying revenue and EBITDA enhancement opportunitiesBe the SPOC for replying to Qs, audits, and due diligence requirements from investors.Requirements7+ years of demonstrated successful experience as a leader/manager of the finance function @ a company with 100Cr+ turnoverExperience leading financial, administrative, and compliance management in the US India corporate structureExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.BenefitsAt ION, we believe in enabling everyone to do their life's best work.When you're a grandparent, we want to you to look back at your time @ ION and tell them stories of how it helped you grow into the best version of yourself.
