Job Description:

Signing of all offers ,Follow commercial policy and margin guidelines; seek approval of Business Heads(BH) in the case of any deviations
Close monitoring of operation expenses & Strictly follow travel policy
Follow system to ensure expenses are linked with returns booking and collections
Ensure staff expense sheets are checked and approved on a monthly basis backed by supporting docs - DRS, Customer visit reports etc.,
Prepare weekly customer wise date wise engineer wise collection plan for the branch and circulate to all engineers for collection
Daily review with Engineers work out contingency plan in the event of shortfalls - Update BHs
Write letters to accounts more than 60 days in consultation with BHs
Meet customers to collect specific accounts
Have separate branch target for realization of current month billing
Maximize advance payments
Allocate specific targets for CROs and SCOs
Make a synopsis of accounts at the beginning of the month
Consult BHs for realizing difficult and problematic ones
Daily review of these cases and raise alert to BHs
Special incentives for >90 days accounts collected in consultation with BHs
- Experiences in Managing Branch activity like (Finances, Commercial & Support function)
- Exposure on Profit centre.
- Required Sound Knowledge on Water Treatment process.
- Good in Admin & NegotiationSkills.
- Services business Exposes on get new & existing business like (AMC, O&M, Spares and Consumable Sales).
- Good in customer handling.
- Willing to travel.
- Excellent Track History of Target Achievement.
- Capability to Train & Groom the Team
