Job Summary Monitor and execute all marketing related activities of the Service business.

Business development with existing Customers & expansion.

Organize collection of data required to evaluate the water treatment marketing plans.
Market intelligence activities, MIS, reports analysis & presentation, tracking competitor s activity.
Work to enhance the customer satisfaction level and generate feedbacks from customers.
Database collection & management from customers, field executives, engineers etc.
Business performance analysis and data compilation
Responsible for execution of end to end activities in conducting events, exhibitions, customer meets, service camps etc.
Ensuring the all marketing/communications/ public relations actions are methodically documented & reported monthly.
Maintain and update marketing database continuously.
Working on budgeting & business plans with the marketing manager.
Training sales force.(As & When)
Proficient in MS-Office , Good communication and presentation skills
