- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and preferences, providing product recommendations and information.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Weller products.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, discounts, and promotions to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Weller products, their specifications, and uses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage returns and exchanges following company policies.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing showroom inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Sales Reporting:
- Compile and maintain accurate sales and customer activity reports.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining an appealing and organized showroom display.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to optimize product placement and presentation.
