Job Summary

Job Description:

As the Area Manager for Kullu, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities of IPL Biologicals products in the assigned region. You will work closely with the sales team and various stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and market expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the region.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market presence.
- Providing product training and technical support to sales teams and customers.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities, events, and materials to support sales efforts.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their performance objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the agricultural industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural market, farming practices, and crop protection products.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
