Delivery Head / Solution Architect Job in Iprogrammer Solutions

• Participate in application architecture design, high level design of system components, technical review and technical documentation.
• Thoroughly understand client requirements, design and develop the right solutions.
• Do R&D on new technologies and concepts to help improve skillsets and quality of work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with variable team size.
• Guide the team technically to deliver timely and quality output.
• Interact with the clients and if required provide them regular progress updates.
• Define the roadmap, step by step breakdown for implementation of the finalized solution
• Prototype or develop proof of concept of solution if needed as per project requirement.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct periodical trainings to meet the market standards.
• Provide estimations for implementation of the solution.
• Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.
• Work with the processes and tools to ensure best practices are adhered to on every project.
• Work with Product Management and Project Management teams to monitor the development process across the product to ensure the product specifications are accurately followed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Perform periodic code review to ensure high quality of delivery.
• Interact with the Management and provide progress update on various projects and suggestions on improvements.
• Fulfill organization responsibilities, share knowledge and experience within the other groups in the organization

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MCS with strong knowledge and real time experience in enterprise systems application development.
• 10+ years of strong hands on web and mobile application development experience.
• Highly proficient with open source technologies, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, MongoDB, Java, Mobile Development, etc.
• Should be expert in PHP/MySQL and/or Python/PostGreSQL
• Should be good/hands-on in NodeJS, AngularJS/ReactJS, expert in creating low-level architecture for web, mobile applications, AJAX/Jquery/JSON/Web Services implementation, Linux environment in SSL, Virtual Host and Web server configurations
• Strong understanding of monolithic and micro services architecture with the ability to create various architectural diagrams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo or others is desirable.
• Knowledge of containerization is advantageous.
• Willing to work on cross platforms
• Strong understanding of OOPs and MVC concepts
• Experience with GIT/SVN management and maintenance of code base and deployment using CI/CD processes
• Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
• Sound ability to take on multiple assignments/ projects.
• Develop detailed design and development plan.
• Use best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement automated unit testing framework as required
• Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system
• Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage all stakeholders (management, junior developers, client) is a must
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components developed by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design
• Knowledge of cloud server management and good understanding of Linux and Windows development and deployment environment
