• Definitive source of knowledge, technique, and expertise of operations.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (react native knowledge preferred).
• Knowledge of backend technologies.

• Internal systems monitoring and analysis of issues.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g. Remedy).
• Ensures all tickets are assigned to respective teams and monitor till closure.
• Monitoring system alerts.
• End to end tracking of the issues from technical side.
• Incident Management.
• SPOC for all critical RFCs at surround system.
• Involving right support team in case any service failure.
• Responsible to provide required inputs on Incident Management calls.
• Escalate to respective stakeholders for probable APM escalation.
• Attending daily/Weekly ops meetings for discussing issues.
• Coordinator between technical team and Surround system s support group for issue resolution.
  
• Highlight repeating issues to concerned team and Problem Management team for RCA and fix.
  
• Tracking all incidents and status reports to stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and share status reports.
  
• Review shift HOTO.
  
• Keep track of all current open issues and make sure all mails/Tickets are being responded.
  
• Keep track of all types of trackers including tracker for planned and unplanned downtime activities, tracker for storage capacity of a cluster, Incident management tracker etc.
  
• Coordination with other groups such as network, server operations, third party vendors as appropriate and tracking their activity to assure end-to-end resolution of issues.
  
• Own issue resolution.
  
• Drive issue escalation and required support.
• Ensure ticket resolution and quality of data or code fix.
• Ensure prompt code fix or escalation.
  
• Change and Release management coordination.
  
• Process Improvements.
